YOUR FUTURE TASKS Take ownership of handling complaints – from initial receipt to successful resolution
Act as the main point of contact for our customers and provide technical advice
Perform initial analyses of errors and issues in HV systems
Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve complex software problems
Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, protocols, and documentation
Support your technical colleagues with organizational tasks
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT A completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
First work experience? Great – but not a must
Confident use of MS Office and willingness for occasional travel
Excellent German and English skills
You enjoy interacting with customers and have strong organizational skills
A true team player with great communication skills, a hands‑on mentality, and a confident presence
