On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Sous Chef (m/f/d)!
What We Are Looking For:
Completed culinary training
Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
Enjoyment in working with fresh ingredients
Creativity, organization, and attention to detail in your work
Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession
Knowledge of German, English, or Italian
Your Responsibilities:
Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
Compliance with hotel standards and hygiene regulations
Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
Good collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
Production and preparation of fresh dishes
Contribution of ideas for weekly menu planning
