Overview
Front Office & Office Management (all genders) – Start from summer 2026. Total hours available part‑time from 25 h. Location: Vienna (near Votivkirche/Schottentor).
Our front office is the heart of our Vienna location. You'll make sure guests feel welcome, the office runs smoothly, and our team can work their best. If you love organizing, enjoy working with people, and can keep track of everything, you've come to the right place.
Responsibilities
* Friendly and professional reception of guests, customers, and business partners in our Vienna office.
* Organization and coordination of everyday office life at the Vienna location.
* Support in planning and executing meetings, events, and team activities.
* Preparation and support for meetings, including hospitality for guests.
* Ensuring a pleasant and well‑maintained office atmosphere and organizing the kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas.
* Coordination of administrative tasks such as mail processing, appointment scheduling, and travel bookings.
* Support for the People & Culture team with organizational issues.
* Independent purchasing and organization of office and household supplies.
* First point of contact for telephone inquiries and forwarding them to the right contact person.
Qualifications
* Commercial training or comparable experience in office management or reception.
* Experience with MS Office is a given.
* Very good German skills (at least C1) and good written and spoken English skills.
* Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
* Strong service‑oriented attitude and enjoy working with people.
* Organizational talent and a professional presence.
Offer
In addition to our great benefits, based on a full‑time position (36 h per week), we offer an annual salary starting at €30,800 gross (including vacation pay and Christmas bonus). Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
