Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
6. You plan service assignments efficiently and allocate the service teams according to operational needs
7. You ensure that the composition of the service teams is always up to date and flexibly adjusted to demand
8. You ensure that the service plan consistently complies with the contractual obligations outlined in the service agreements
9. You handle the timely procurement, scheduling, and provision of tools, spare parts, and services
10. You ensure timely and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., technicians, customer service, etc.)
11. You continuously monitor key performance indicators in the planning area and ensure their stability and achievement of targets
12. You create a detailed three‑week plan to ensure optimal deployment and resource management

13. You completed technical or commercial vocational school
14. You bring solid coordination and organizational skills
15. Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
16. You are proficient in common software programs (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
17. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
