Required Skills and Experience
* 3-5 years of AI and Data consulting experience or relevant AI & Analytics background, with proven client relationship skills
* Ability to identify AI opportunities, develop proposals, and present to clients
* Experience leading AI workshops, assessing AI maturity, and recommending frameworks and tools
* Leading AI feasibility studies, PoC projects, and deploying AI solutions
* Knowledge of AI technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI (GANs, VAEs)
* Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with statistics and advanced presentation skills
* Understanding of industry trends and challenges in AI
* Leadership qualities and proactive attitude
The annual salary for this full-time role starts at €61,040, with details discussed during the interview process.
