You will be a trusted advisor and active member of the Site Leadership Team, taking responsibility for the site's Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Asset Conservation performance. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with corporate standards, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and legal requirements, including EU Emissions Trading (EU ETS) and climate regulationsOversee emergency response, business continuity, and asset conservation policies, fostering accountability across the siteServe as the main contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring environmental and safety complianceIncident Management & Continuous ImprovementLead investigations of incidents, near misses, and security events, driving learning, accountability, and corrective actionChampion behavioral safety programs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiativesLead the Plant Emergency Team, Security Team, and operational fire brigade, inspiring readiness and excellence
Reporting & Stakeholder EngagementMonitor, analyze, and communicate HSE metrics, trends, and insights to influence behavior and support decision-makingAdvise site leadership and associates on environmental, energy, safety, and security matters, fostering ownership and competenceRepresent the site in European and global forums, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvementWhat can you expect from Mars?
