The Compensation and HR Reporting & Analytics Expert (m/f/d) manages and supports key compensation processes, including bonus and salary planning. This role leads HR reporting using tools such as Workday and Excel. The position also drives process improvements, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain compliance, data quality and operational efficiency.
