For our company, we are looking for the position Fiduciary Manager (m/f/d) at the location Baden 80% - 100% .

Profile
* Basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by higher business management training (e.g. certified fiduciary/finance specialist, certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor or comparable).
* Several years of sound professional experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally in a client‑managing function.
* Distinct service and client orientation as well as pleasure in independently managing demanding mandates.
* A high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and extensive experience with common accounting, payroll and tax systems.
* Confident appearance, assertiveness and stylistically confident oral and written expression in German and English.
Tasks
* Responsible for managing and advising a demanding portfolio of clients (national and international SMEs).
* Professional management and coordination of mandates as well as support and guidance of clerks.
* Review and quality assurance of bookkeeping, financial statements and tax declarations.
* Preparation and/or monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
* Ensuring the correct processing of VAT settlements and payroll accounting including social insurance.
* Contact person for complex tax and business management issues.
* Participation in audits or independent implementation, depending on qualifications.
* Active involvement in the design and further development of internal processes and mandate structures.
