Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute your senior controlling expertise to support financial steering, performance analysis and decision‑making within an international industrial organization.
Act as a senior finance and controlling professional supporting business stakeholders in an international industrial organization
Provide financial analysis, interpretation and guidance to support management and business decisions
Analyze financial performance, cost structures and operational drivers, ensuring transparency and a clear understanding of deviations
Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring data quality, consistency and realistic assumptions
Prepare management reports, financial analyses and decision‑relevant insights for senior stakeholders
Monitor financial KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and proactively highlight relevant implications
Support cost awareness and performance improvement initiatives through structured analysis and business‑oriented recommendations
Contribute to the development and improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards and financial methodologies
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and other finance functions, ensuring alignment and transparency across interfaces
Support finance‑related projects and ad‑hoc analyses in a dynamic and growing environment
Your Profile
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
At least 10 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
Expert level understanding of accounting concepts, focus on manufacturing and industrial environments
Insistence on high standards in all aspects
Excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data. Business Intelligence skills advantageous
Fluent English, German advantageous
Flexible, proactive learner with a clear, problem‑solving mindset who consistently meets deadlines.
A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non‑EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
