Responsibilities
* You lead and continuously develop the performance of our in-field service organization
* You design and optimize our international service partner structure
* You take full responsibility for a service profit center (SLAs, maintenance, on-site services)
* You define meaningful KPIs and ensure they are actively used and embedded in day-to-day operations
* You identify improvement potential and drive implementation consistently
* You work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support
* You bring structure to complexity and speed to execution

How you convince us
* At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role (e.g. Field Service, Service Operations, Service Partner Management)
* Hands‑on experience working with service technicians and international partner networks
* A strong sense for customer needs and service quality
* Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with financial responsibility
* Very good German and English skills
* Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to be on-site when needed
* Passion for electromobility and technical innovation
