YOUR TASKS
1. Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets the needs of a growing, global business
2. Actively engage in product development projects by using tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Product Audits, and by ensuring on-time delivery of major deliverables
3. Design and implement global quality standards and processes across engineering, production, and procurement, and ensure their effective application
4. Take ownership of claim management and apply structural problem-solving methods to optimize customer satisfaction and efficiency
5. Identify global improvement potential across the product line and lead or engage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and increase market share
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Completed technical training (university/university of applied science)
7. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and deliver practical solutions
8. Professional experience in Quality Management; experience in a global and matrixed organization is a plus
9. A drive to transform and improve – you are solution-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering measurable results
10. Fluent in English, advanced knowledge in German is a Plus; willing to travel up to 25% of the time (mainly Europe)

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualifications.
