The role RIC Manager LPT WEZ (m/f/d) is structured around three core areas: hands‑on financial operations and transaction management; preparation of financial reports and initial analysis; and ensuring adherence to internal controls and processes. This focus ensures the continued smooth execution of day‑to‑day financial activities critical to the PT Weiz organization.
How You Can Make an Impact
* Financial Operations & Transaction Management
o Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
o Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including data entry into financial systems, maintaining accounting records, and balancing ledgers.
o Handle the creation and distribution of invoices and support procurement and payroll processing activities as required.
o Execute collection activities and monitor accounts to support organizational cash flow objectives.
* Financial Reporting & Analysis
o Compile and prepare standard financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
o Conduct initial financial analysis on revenues, liabilities, and other indicators to support decision‑making.
o Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and providing necessary financial data.
o Generate ad‑hoc reports and analyses to address non‑routine financial inquiries from stakeholders.
* Compliance & Process Support
o Ensure all financial transactions and procedures comply with internal controls, accounting principles, and company standards.
o Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements within day‑to‑day financial operations.
o Provide assistance and guidance on financial procedures to junior team members or colleagues in other departments.
o Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, records, and explanations.
What You Bring
* Vocational degree, technical education, or associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
* Broad knowledge and extensive work experience in a general finance or accounting para‑professional role.
* Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and analyze non‑routine problems.
* Extensive experience at the Senior Para‑Professional (S3) career level.
* Strong command of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and internal controls, supported by relevant vocational training or equivalent experience.
* Expertise in areas such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, balancing (Ledger/Billing), financial analysis, internal controls, data & reporting.
* Analytical skills, accountability, proactivity, and very good communication skills.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. The minimum salary in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is 52 853 € gross per year for a full‑time position (38.5 h/week).
