Your Responsibilities
* Operational customer support in internal sales with a strong customer focus and emphasis on sales opportunities
* Close collaboration with our field sales team in operational sales
o Lead management — Qualification, nurturing, and handover of qualified leads
o Active participation in the creation and follow-up of offers
o Support at trade fairs, customer events, and presentations
* Collaboration in key account management together with the KAM
* Interface to marketing (sales enablement process)
* Support in lead management and in managing our sales pipelines (inbound lead processing, CRM maintenance, and structured follow-ups)
* Collaborate with internal teams and actively contribute to the optimization of sales processes
Your profile
* Technical or commercial background
* At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing
* Fluent in German and English (C1); additional languages are an advantage
* High service orientation and strong communication skills
* Confident use of CRM & ERP systems
* Structured, independent, solution-oriented way of working
* Enjoy working with customers and sales processes
General conditions

* Work Model: Hybrid (approx. 60/40)
* Hours: Full-time
* Travel: 10–20% (trade fairs, customer meetings)
* Salary: €3,200–4,500 gross/month 14x
* Minimum salary under collective agreement: €3,175 gross/month (full-time)
* Above-average pay depending on qualifications and experience
