Your Role
As part of our Beauty Consultant team at the Dior Counter in Kastner & Öhler, you will ensure optimal customer consultation and a perfect shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:
* Advising customers and selling products across fragrances, skincare, and makeup
* Contributing to achieving sales targets
* Applying the D.I.O.R. sales method
* Scheduling appointments with clients
* Presenting products and implementing Dior guidelines
* Conducting promotions and participating in events
* Assisting with inventory management
Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
* A passion for sales and customer consultation
* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or advisory roles
* Comprehensive knowledge in makeup, skincare, and fragrances
* Preferably, expertise in skincare
* Excellent communication skills
* Teamwork enthusiasm
* Reliability and commitment
