Your Role
Semiconductors are a key element in the automotive industry. Infineon Automotive (ATV) is responsible for shaping the future of mobility. We make cars cleaner, safer and smarter.
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Analog and Mixed‑Signal Circuit Design: Contribute to the design and optimization of analog and mixed‑signal building blocks to meet specific requirements or improvements
* Analog Circuit Verification: Develop verification strategies and build testbenches, run simulations using state-of-the-art simulation tools, analyze results and iterate on the design to ensure correct functionality and performance
* Layout Review and Guidance: Contribute to layout review and give guidance to the layout engineers
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Get in contact with experts with other skills e.g. circuit layout, concept engineering and post‑silicon test teams

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of electronics engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
* Professional Experience: Experience in integrated circuit design, knowledge in the field of power management is an advantage
* Technical Skills: Good technical understanding of IC design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits and related tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Spice), good understanding of IC layout is an advantage
* Organizational Skills: Ability to work collaboratively as part of an international and multi-cultural team
* Language Skills: Fluency in English is required
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students.
