Job Description
Responsibility for the technical transfer of new assembled printed circuit boards into an existing low-volume/high-mix production environment
Technological consulting for development and design departments within and outside the group – you are the primary contact for all manufacturing technology matters
Introduction of new, forward-looking manufacturing technologies in close collaboration with department management and our customers
Structured and process-oriented improvement of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – including automation and digitalization
Definition, validation, and documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and inspection concepts
Support of the production team in all technology-related topics
Qualifications
Completed higher technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) in electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
Solid experience in transitioning products into series production
Excellent German and English skills
Strong technical problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
Team orientation and strong communication skills
