Job Description
* Responsibility for the technical transfer of new assembled printed circuit boards into an existing low-volume/high-mix production environment
* Technological consulting for development and design departments within and outside the group – you are the primary contact for all manufacturing technology matters
* Introduction of new, forward-looking manufacturing technologies in close collaboration with department management and our customers
* Structured and process-oriented improvement of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – including automation and digitalization
* Definition, validation, and documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and inspection concepts
* Support of the production team in all technology-related topics
Qualifications
* Completed higher technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) in electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
* Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
* Solid experience in transitioning products into series production
* Excellent German and English skills
* Strong technical problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
* High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
* Team orientation and strong communication skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
