Job Description:
Your responsibilities
* Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including the integration and administration of add-ons.
* Evaluation and analysis of technical requirements as well as implementation of new solutions to optimise HR processes.
* Managing and monitoring collaboration with external service providers to ensure the quality and adherence to deadlines of the services delivered.
* Ensuring smooth operation by providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the department's area of responsibility.
* Technical implementation and continuous optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness as well as creation and customisation of data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
* Degree in IT, Human Ressources or comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the HR / IT environment.
* Extensive technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the area of master data and permissions.
* Expertise in additional HR related applications and add-ons eg. Concur.
* High degree of initiative, with strong ability to work independently, a high willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, accuracy, and strong team spirit.
* Business fluent in English. German will be considered as an advantage.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 52.,04based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
