We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to lead the setup and operation of a manufacturing facility specializing in sandwich panels or comparable polyurethane-based products.
Your Responsibilities
Establish and fully organize the production cycle of a manufacturing facility for sandwich panels or similar polyurethane-based products
Recruit, manage, and coordinate the necessary personnel
Monitor, control, and continuously optimize all technological and production processes
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with all relevant technical standards and regulations
Your Profile
Proven professional experience in rigid PU foam manufacturing and production (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of relevant production technologies and industrial processes
Experience in setting up and managing a manufacturing operation
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong organizational capabilities
Excellent written and spoken English and German; Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage
Willingness to relocate and work in Austria
