Main duties:
* esponsibility for the smooth operation of the à la carte kitchen
* Responsibility for one's own station
* Compliance with relevant kitchen and hygiene standards according to HACCP
* Profit optimization by adhering to specified recipes
* Preparation of dishes

* Receipt of goods and quality control of delivered products
