Responsibilities
* Manage spare parts across their lifecycle in the EMEA region
* Maintain and update spare parts master data in SAP, ensuring accurate data, lifecycle control, and proper handling of changes and phase‑outs
* Provide technical support for customer inquiries, including spare parts identification and consultation for a dedicated product line
* Execute operational pricing for new spare parts and support strategic pricing activities
* Analyze and prepare spare parts data and contribute to projects and process improvements related to product lines and data quality
Qualifications
* Technical or commercial education (HAK/HTL) in a technical, business, or related field, combined with several years of professional experience and a solid technical understanding
* Strong IT user skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP
* PALFINGER product knowledge (primarily forestry and recycling cranes) is an advantage
* Proactive and self‑driven working style with high accuracy, commitment and flexibility
* Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
