As a Senior Go-To-Market Manager, you will shape how our digital products are positioned, launched, and adopted across global markets. You will define go-to-market strategies, craft clear and compelling product narratives, and build the structures, tools, and processes needed to scale GTM and product marketing across regions. Your work ensures that customers, users, and internal teams understand the value of our digital offerings — and are equipped to drive market success. What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities • Shape and develop the Go To Market function from 0 to 1 by building team capabilities, defining tools, processes and structures in a newly formed organization • Lead the market intel for Doka Digital, track and analyse developments in our core and adjacent markets (construction tech) • Integrate customer and field feedback into market analysis to create a unified intelligence loop, that reflects real-world challenges • Deliver regular management briefings that connect market trends and shifts with strategic opportunities for the product teams • Partner with R&D to identify new product and platform opportunities based on ecosystem and technology innovation in our core market • Own the creation and development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the Doka digital product portfolio and all our market channels • Co-develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for product and feature launches with responsible (Senior) Product Managers and Product Owners • Translate customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into clear narratives • Create impactful sales enablement materials, demos, and storytelling assets • Partner with Product Management process • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support/Success, and Marketing on adoption and retention initiatives • Co-Lead pricing and packaging discussions in alignment with Product Management and portfolio targets • Measure and report on launch impact, product adoption, and go-to-market effectiveness • Recruit, lead, and develop team members as the organization scales to ensure strong market fit and customer relevance with constant feedback implementation into the product development
