We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (m/w/d) located in Wimpassing, Lower Austria/AT.
The HR Manager supports both blue- and white-collar employees at the Wimpassing production site in the district of Neunkirchen, which employs around 100 people and specializes in manufacturing surgical gloves. The role is responsible for operational HR management, the delivery of all on-site HR activities, and day-to-day HR support for site management. While a stand-alone position, it works in close collaboration with the HR Manager Europe, the HR Manager Sopron, and the global HARPS HR team.
Responsibilities Act as the main HR contact for white- and blue-collar employees.
Partner with local management to provide end-to-end HR support.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, role changes, succession planning, contract updates, payroll preparation and exits.
Ensure clear internal communication on HR policies, updates, and relevant information.
Adapt and implement HR processes, tools, and systems in line with legal, policy, and operational requirements.
Maintain consistent HR standards, ensure legal compliance, and manage local employee relations, including cooperation with the Works Council.
Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects supporting process harmonization following the Sempermed acquisition by HARPS Global.
Requirements Completed professional studies in the field of human resources, business administration or comparable qualifications/training
Several years of professional experience in HR preferably in an international fast moving company, ideally in related industry to manufacturing
Profound knowledge of Austrian labour law and experience in dealing with white- and blue-collar employees
Business fluent in German and English
