For our Procurement-Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
Technical Buyer – Focus on Electronics, 80-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
1. You are responsible for managing the purchasing process of our goods and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll also contribute to various internal projects.
2. You check incoming invoices and clarify any discrepancies or complaints directly with suppliers.
3. You handle supplier inquiries, request quotes, and carry out comparative evaluations of offers.
4. You maintain existing supplier relationships and actively build new partnerships.
5. You negotiate prices and terms, place orders, and follow up on order confirmations.
What are we looking for?
6. You have completed a technical education (e.g. HTL or an apprenticeship in electronics or electrical engineering).
7. You have solid commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills.
8. You enjoy working on both operational tasks and strategic procurement initiatives.
9. You are proficient in MS Office, have a good command of German and English, and are comfortable working with ERP systems.
10. A structured and independent working style, along with strong communication skills, sets you apart.
