Base Pay Range
Start immediately | 40 hours/week | Salary: from €2,800 gross, depending on experience and qualifications; willingness to accept overpayment | Location: Vienna
Responsibilities
1. Your Job: Participate in the operational implementation of BTL campaigns and projects, working closely with senior and junior event and project managers.
2. Plan, coordinate, and conceptualize productions in advance and execute them on-site with your team.
3. Lead your warehouse and logistics team and manage the company vehicle fleet.
4. Switch between office and event locations, working both on a laptop and with tools.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
* Proficient in MS Excel and other MS programs
* Driving license class B
* Forklift certification is a plus
* Experience through similar training or initial work experience is advantageous
* Experience in logistics planning and staff scheduling is beneficial

* Strong social and communication skills
* Structured, responsible, and organized work approach
* Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
* High reliability and accuracy
* Technical affinity
* Willingness to travel for on-site events if necessary
