1st Shift Metals Production Operator Details
* Temp-to-Hire position
* $20.00 /hour
* Full Time work available
* First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
* Operate furnaces, induction heaters, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
* Handle raw materials and feed them into process equipment.
* Perform sampling and basic lab tests to ensure product quality.
* Maintain accurate production logs and follow SOPs.
* Assist with cleaning, inspections, and minor equipment maintenance.
* Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
1st Shift Metals Production Operator Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Strong attendance record.
* Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
* Comfortable in high temperature/industrial environments.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Applicant may be subject to a background check
* Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
