Full-time, 40 hours/week. Starting November 01, 2025, and ending after 6 years.

* Develop an international reputation in research in Technology and Innovation Management/Entrepreneurship by publishing in high-quality outlets
* Be actively involved in the international academic community (e.g., through international collaboration, presenting at leading academic conferences)
* Support and guide PhD students in their research in Technology and Innovation Management/Entrepreneurship
* Apply for research funds
* Develop a strong network to researchers and companies
* Teach on topics related to Technology and Innovation Management/Entrepreneurship and engage in real-world innovation projects
* Supervise Bachelor and Master Theses
* Contribute to the further development of study programs and courses
* Engage in Third Mission activities
What you have to offer
* A completed doctoral degree in social and economic science (especially in the fields of business administration or business psychology)
* A strong research orientation aligned with the Institute's research profile as well as an interest in developing research projects in the field of Technology and Innovation Management/Entrepreneurship
* Strong quantitative-empirical research focus
* Advanced knowledge and skills of empirical research / statistical methods
* Publications in or advanced manuscripts for relevant international Top-Journals
* Proven ability to work in teams, communicate effectively and make a significant contribution to the Institute's research, teaching, and outreach activities
* Experience in planning and teaching courses
* Experience in supervising academic theses
* Excellent Presentation Skills And Experience In Project Management
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Willingness to use multimedia teaching methods: prepared to use multimedia teaching and learning formats

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to EUR 4,932.90 (14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on equivalent prior work experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of attractive social benefits.
