In your new role, you will:
* Work as a technical expert with extensive knowledge in NLP, specializing in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, and Agentic Systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements and integrate this knowledge into our workflow.
* Transform prototypes into production solutions following best practices for development and deployment, requiring a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Support the operation of solutions through troubleshooting, bug fixing, and implementing change requests to ensure they meet user needs.
You are best suited for this role if you have:
* A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in NLP/AIML, and MLOps, including 1 year focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Hands-on experience in LLMs / Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, or AI Agents, including designing and implementing AI solutions.
* Extensive software engineering experience with proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
* Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure), especially in RAG, agents, and chatbots, is advantageous.
* Understanding of and experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift.
We offer competitive salaries and benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. The employment follows the collective salary agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G. The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year, with potential for higher compensation based on your expertise.
