About the role In this role, you’ll own the strategic development of existing key accounts while actively driving new business. You’ll combine long‑term relationship management (Farmer) with proactive business development (Hunter), acting as a trusted partner rather than a product seller. A significant part of your time will be spent in strategic, in‑person customer meetings focused on understanding real customer challenges and turning them into customized technical solutions.
What you'll do
Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships through a long‑term, partnership‑driven approach
Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities within your territory
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead to contract—using Salesforce
Develop and execute customer‑specific account strategies to increase share of wallet
Achieve revenue and margin targets within your portfolio
Lead pricing, contract discussions, and negotiations with internal stakeholders
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
Share market and customer insights to support forecasting and continuous improvement What you bring
Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
At least 3 years of experience in Key Account or Territory
SalesProven success in solution‑oriented sales and relationship management
Strong strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, results‑driven attitude
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High level of initiative, accountability, and customer focus
