Senior Key Account Manager - Global Partnerships

Responsibilities
* Explore and shape the marketing of some of the world’s leading brands. Act as a marketing champion, consult with prospective brand partners, discover their challenges and objectives to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.
* Drive global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand and Media, delivering against individual and team revenue targets. Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial market analysis, client approach, proposal & pricing, final negotiations, contracting of partnership agreements, and delivery of the deal in a dynamic environment.
* Use data and insights to construct compelling sales stories. Manage the CRM database and provide data for reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years’ work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships
* People management experience
* University degree in Marketing or a similar subject
* Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus
* Outstanding expertise and understanding of the broad marketing landscape including Sports, Culture, and Technology
* Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships
* Demonstrable track record in developing marketing assets (events, content)
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities
* Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills
* Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking
* Broad network of brand contacts at global decision‑maker level
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.838 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
