Your responsibilities
1. Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Independently manage and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
2. Strategic Input & Alignment: Contribute to the definition and refinement of digital transformation strategies. Ensure projects support long-term group objectives and business priorities.
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable project tasks, and maintaining strong relationships across functions.
4. Content Preparation & Presentation: Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and workshops. Deliver content confidently to senior management and teams.
5. Methodology & Structure: Apply structured methodologies and best practices in project and change management, adapting quickly to new topics and providing strategic insights.
6. Innovation & Improvement: Promote innovative tools and technologies. Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and exploring new opportunities.

Your profile
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; or relevant vocational training with professional experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or project management with a focus on process improvement and technology-driven change.
3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, understand business drivers, and align project goals with organizational strategies.
4. Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
5. Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex topics, develop action plans, and deliver results.
6. Presentation Skills: Strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
7. Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively across levels.
8. Proactivity & Drive: Initiative and ownership, solution-focused, and independent topic advancement.
9. Adaptability: Comfort with dynamic environments, quick learner, confident in new topics.
10. Innovation Mindset: Eagerness to explore new methods, tools, and approaches in digital transformation.

Due to legal standards in Austria, the minimum gross annual salary is EUR 72,072 (collective agreement for the chemical industry).
