We’re seeking Broadcast Support Engineers to join a dynamic team supporting intercom and video systems used in broadcast and live events. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of broadcast technology, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and engaging directly with clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for intercom and video systems in broadcast and event environments
* Deliver first and second‑line support via hotline and remote sessions
* Reproduce and resolve technical issues in lab environments
* Conduct on‑site troubleshooting and customer support when required
* Participate in a 24/7 support rota
* Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams
Your Profile
* Degree or equivalent in IT, Electrical Engineering, or Video Engineering
* Experience in broadcast and entertainment A/V technology
* Strong knowledge of digital audio, IP video (AES3, AES67, SDI, ST 2110, ST 2022-6), and IP networking (TCP, UDP, IGMP, VLAN, PTP V2, multicast)
* Familiarity with IT/networking infrastructure and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* Proactive, self‑organised, and collaborative mindset
