Join ALPLA Group as a Senior Beverage Closure Development Expert.
Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze market requirements for plastic beverage closures
* Define product scope and create detailed product specifications
* Develop innovative closure designs in close collaboration with our product design team
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise sampling during the pilot phase
* Initiate, monitor, and evaluate internal laboratory tests
* Conduct and support line tests at customer sites
* Lead cross-functional development projects from concept to industrialization
* Act as key technical contact for customers and suppliers throughout the development process
* Ensure alignment between closure design and beverage filling line requirements
Requirements
* Several years of professional experience in the development of plastic beverage closures
* Deep understanding of beverage filling technologies and line integration
* Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
* Willingness to travel and flexibility for international project assignments
* Excellent command of English written and spoken
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and intercultural skills
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
* High level of self-organization and reliability
* Proactive approach and hands-on mentality
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
