Your Tasks
* Ongoing bookkeeping up to pre-balance sheet
* Processing and reporting of company taxes and duties
* Handling of payment transactions
* Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
* Dunning process and open items management
* Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
* Correspondence with authorities, public agencies, banks, customers, suppliers, and the tax consultant
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education (HAS/HAK/FH/University)
* Successfully completed accountant examination is an advantage
* Professional experience in bookkeeping
* Independent, precise, and structured way of working
* High affinity for numbers
* Analytical mindset
* Proficient in the use of ERP systems and MS-Office
* Very good knowledge of German

What we offer
* Collective agreement gross salary of EUR 2,373.75 on a full-time basis, with the willingness to pay more (depending on qualifications and professional experience)
