With us you will be responsible for
1. supporting our local and international project teams with complex contact center solutions
2. acting as an consultant who is able to implement cloud solutions
3. building the understanding of customer business, anticipate customer needs and discover alternative solutions that are relevant for our customer’s success
We expect you to have
4. sustaining interest in contact center solutions like Genesys Cloud or Parloa
5. technical understanding (databases, web services, basic architecture view, cloud systems)
6. capability for scripting (lightweight development, hardcore development skills are nice to have but not mandatory)
7. the ability to consult professionally
8. experience in the contact center area is advantageous
9. the ability to handle discussions in German and English
