What you’ll do
Business Development & Revenue Growth
* Acquire new customers (C level and above) to generate gross profit and shipment volumes.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Account Development
* Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long‑term value.
* Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services.
* Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
Customer Strategy & Segmentation
* Focus on acquiring and developing C, B, and A‑level customers.
* Support the transition of smaller (D‑level) customers to inside sales where appropriate.
* Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies.
* Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
* Maintain high‑quality data and reporting standards.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or freight forwarding operations.
* Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) for communicating with key partners and customers.
* Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
* Results‑driven, organized, and customer‑focused mindset.

Compensation
The minimum gross annual salary is EUR 41,847.40, in line with the applicable collective agreement for the Logistics Industry. Depending on qualifications and experience, higher compensation may be offered. We provide equal opportunity in a zero‑discrimination workplace.
Work location
Within Austria is required, with flexibility based on experience and location. Offices are located in Krems, Vienna, and Graz.
