Reporting to the Senior Principal Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of projects within the EPC business unit and will provide technical advice relating to Control System design, preparation of design through to project completion.Key dutiesPrepare controls design work to meet engineering specifications and comply with standards.Writing functional descriptions, programming PLCs, SCADA development, network systems design and configuration.Procurement of materials and equipment to complete projects.Liaise with client on project objectives, project team and suppliers.Coordinate estimates for controls engineering work.Perform factory testing, site commissioning and testing of installed controls equipment.About youBachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems), automation or mechatronic.Senior/ Principal level of Control Systems Engineering with CPEng certification.Experience with PLC and SCADA systems.Creating Functional descriptions, FAT and SAT documentation.Control System Design and implementation including Network Design.Visual Basic for Applications (desirable).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Initiative and problem solving ability.Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project.Drivers License.What you will get in returnFull project and asset lifecycle exposure.A long term project pipeline - greenfield and brownfield projects.Challenging, rewarding and innovative projects.Future career growth opportunities, focused on personal development.Supportive and dynamic team environment.Competitive salary package.If this sounds like you or someone you know, don't hesitate to get in contact.
