Your contribution to guest happiness
* Daily preparation of the mise en place
* Production of meals in the hot + cold kitchen for the restaurant
* Checking the inventory and clearing the delivery
* Preparation of various national and international dishes
* Active participation in the daily workflow in the kitchen
* Tidiness and assistance in the entire kitchen area
* Support in the realisation of tasks and goals
* Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards according to HACCP
What we expect
* Professional experience in a comparable position or at least 2 years\' experience as a chef de Partie
* Fun and enjoy working even in stressful situations
* You are familiar with hygiene and HACCP requirements
* Control of other positions in collaboration with the sous chef and head chef
* Confident handling of the usual MS Office programmes
* Creating new dishes and ideas with the whole team
* Ordering in the absence of the head chef
* You will fully contribute to a new, young, creative, motivated kitchen team and
* Are a reliable and flexible crew member, responsible and act as a role model
