About the role:
* Build referral networks with agents, accountants, planners, and business partners.
* Onboard new brokers and ensure they reach productivity quickly, providing ongoing coaching on scripts, objection handling, strategy, and client experience.
* Lift conversion rates, speed to file, and settlement revenue, while always ensuring broker file quality prior to lodgement.
* Maintain NCCP, AML, and lender compliance standards.
About you:
* Proven success in mortgage broking or lending leadership.
* Commercial mindset with a strong target and results orientation.
* Strong coaching skills - able to make average performers great.
* Confident communicator, motivator, and culture-builder.
* Strong literacy in compliance, lender policy, and workflow management.
