ICAM is looking for a Senior Property Portfolio Analyst with a background in M&A to join its high-performing, collaborative team. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of investment strategy and execution, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Property Portfolio Management on high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
* Support M&A activity and asset transactions
* Contribute to strategic asset and fund management decisions
* Lead and enhance financial modelling and analysis across a diversified property portfolio
* Drive reporting for Information Memoranda, board papers, investor updates and more
The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years’ experience in property or investment analysis - ideally across commercial, industrial, retail or alternative sectors - along with exposure to transactions and M&A and/or funds management. Advanced financial modelling skills, strong problem-solving ability, a commercial mindset and an ability to translate complexity into clarity are essential. A degree in Finance, Business, Property, Economics or a related field is required.
