About The Team
The Accounts Receivables and Data Management Team ensures efficient receivables management and accurate analysis of financial and transaction data. We monitor outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide precise reporting to maintain compliance standards. Additionally we drive process improvements and strategic initiatives, including the implementation of advanced reconciliation systems and the integration of new payment methods to continuously enhance operations. Acting as the interface with IT, we enable seamless processes and data‑driven decision‑making.
What your work will look like:
* Manage and monitor accounts receivable end‑to‑end, including payment reconciliation, dunning, and resolution of open items/disputes.
* Leverage automation and analytics to streamline accounting processes and enhance data analysis.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Data Analytics to automate and optimize workflows and system interfaces.
* Define and track AR KPIs and drive data quality.
* Support month‑end and year‑end close with a focus on data quality, reconciliations, and process efficiency.
* Play a key role in Finance Automation projects to optimize internal processes and integrations.
What you need to be successful in this role:
* Several years of accounting experience, with proven expertise in accounts receivable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
* Proficient in Excel, including Power Query; SQL and Python are a plus.
* Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and process automation.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams to improve financial systems and processes.
* Fluent in both German and English.
