Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Power Amplifier Design: Perform power amplifier design for new products based on GaNSi MMIC technology Result Analysis: Summarize and analyze simulated and measured results Board Design Support: Support the design of simple evaluation boards (EVB layouts) Team Support: Assist with general technical and organizational tasks within the team Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 6months Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education : Motivated and committed student from the field of Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar RF & PA Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in power amplifier design, PA matching topologies and Doherty PA concepts Tools & Programming : Familiarity with RF design tools (preferably Keysight ADS or AWR Microwave Office), basic Python knowledge and good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to transmitter system analysis Language & Additional Skills : Basic English skills are required; experience in EM simulation, Excel and lab environments is an advantage This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
