We’re looking for a Videographer and Creative Editor with a passion for high-performance sports and a deep understanding of the automotive world - especially motorsport. If you thrive trackside and know how to turn adrenaline into scroll-stopping content, this role is built for you.
With world-class motorsport you’ll capture the intensity of competition and deliver dynamic, social-first edits that bring fans right into the action.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving global crew, traveling to races across continents, filming and editing on the go. You know your way around the pit lane and the edit bay, and you’re comfortable crafting high-energy, on-brand content under pressure. From live edits to cinematic recaps, you’ll own the full creative cycle - with speed, precision, and passion.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Capture the Action: Film dynamic, high-energy footage from the racetrack, paddock, and behind the scenes, maintaining steady camera work even in fast-paced conditions.
* Edit with Agility: Deliver quick-turnaround edits for social media and live coverage, using Premiere Pro or DaVinci resolve.
* Think Social First: Tailor content formats, pacing, and narratives for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, optimizing for engagement and shareability.
* Travel Extensively: Follow a global motorsport calendar, adapting to new environments and capturing the essence of each location and event.
* Collaborate On-Site: Work closely with marketing teams, drivers, and crew to align content with brand goals, sponsor visibility, and storytelling strategy.
* Know the Culture: Bring an authentic passion for motorsport and a deep knowledge of automotive culture to every shoot, ensuring content feels real and connected.
* Push Creative Limits: Innovate with motion graphics, music, transitions, and speed ramps to deliver edits that feel fast, fresh, and unmistakably LOOP.
