In this role, you will contribute to implementing customer‑defined quality requirements within our plants in Leoben, Hinterberg. Working closely with designated teams, you will support documentation, coordination, and communication between customers and internal teams. By ensuring smooth processes and clear information flow, you help maintain high standards and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of customer‑defined quality requirements in production
* Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
* Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
* Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages
Your Profile
* HTL graduate, University degree in e.g. Engineering or equivalent proven experience
* Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized and eager to learn
* Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage
