The LEGO Group is seeking a Field Account Manager to support the execution of sales strategies, engage with clients, and foster strong customer relationships. Bring your sales competence and customer service excellence to the table and join our Field Sales Team to help us build outstanding retail partnerships—brick by brick.

Core Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
* Sales Strategy Implementation and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and monitor competitor activities to find opportunities and threats.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, lead pricing discussions, and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and regularly produce reports on sales activities, outcomes, and potential business opportunities.
* Execution Excellence: Ensure efficient and timely execution of all sales activities through structured planning, exceptional time management, and diligent follow‑up to maintain high standards in customer service and goal attainment.
* Critical Metric Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics across all areas of responsibility, demonstrating a commitment to personal and organizational growth.
Do You Have What It Takes
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a customer‑facing role within your region.
* Strong track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products and services effectively.
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on structured planning and timely execution of sales activities.
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the assigned region.
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions.
* Fluent in German and English.
