You will support administrative tasks and act as an interface to accounting, be responsible for order and warehouse processes, review prices and currencies, and handle international tax matters.
Responsibilities:
* Independent processing of customer orders, including invoicing and data maintenance in modern e-commerce and payment systems
* Monitoring stock levels and organizing incoming and outgoing goods to ensure a smooth flow of goods
* Coordinating and managing all goods flow processes, including purchasing, transport logistics, and returns management
* Processing customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and returns
* Actively maintaining and monitoring online prices, including currency conversions and quality checks on our website
* Active involvement in the design and further development of our ERP system
* Close collaboration with group accounting during monthly and annual financial closings
* Managing international tax matters such as tax registrations and documentation
* Continuously optimizing and documenting our international sales processes
Your profile:
* Initial experience with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central is an advantage
* Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
* Basic business administration knowledge and interest in economic contexts
* Excellent written and spoken German and English
* Team-oriented personality with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
* High willingness to learn and flexibility to quickly adapt to new topics

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of data processing and information technology services. Anton Paar ConsumerTec offers a compensation range between EUR 3,000 and EUR 4,000 gross per month (full-time, all-in). Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
