Your Tasks
Strategic planning, development, and implementation of the SOC/SIEM strategy, considering the security requirements and compliance standards of the VIG Group.
Identify and evaluate new SOC/SIEM technologies and trends, focusing on efficiency and customer needs.
Manage projects to implement new SOC/SIEM features or technologies.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of the SOC/SIEM service, ensuring system availability, performance, and stability from planning to operation and maintenance.
Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with the Group Competence Center SOC/SIEM and clients to align services with their requirements.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding service status, key developments, and security events; maintain relationships with external partners.
Prepare and deliver reports on SOC/SIEM status, KPIs, and incidents for management and clients.
Qualifications
University degree in computer science, business informatics, information security, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of SOC/SIEM systems and technologies, preferably in multi-tenant and international environments.
Understanding of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Strong IT security and cyber defense expertise, including multi-tenant environments.
Proven leadership skills and experience in team management and project execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical skills for complex issue evaluation.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
Fluency in English; German skills are advantageous.
Benefits may vary between VIG companies.
The annual gross salary (full-time) starts at EUR 80,000. Depending on experience, a higher salary may be offered.
This full-time position is available immediately.
