For an important project with a multinational IT company, our P4Law team is looking for a freelance Legal Specialist practicing in Austria or Germany to support the client's in-house legal department for the ongoing project. Under our coordination, you will provide ongoing support to the client's internal legal team, collaborating with key business functions in the review and negotiation of contracts for the purchase of IT products and services.
Key responsabilities:

Required Skills and Abilities:
* Solid expertise in procurement contracts for ICT services/products.
* Excellent adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into teams.
Requirements:
* Lawyer practicing in Austria and/or Germany
* Full-time availability as a freelancer (VAT registered) with presence in Austria (preferably Vienna) or Germany.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Previous experience in an in-house legal department, either directly or through secondment, in IT and digital law departments of law firms.
