E-commerce Shop Operations Specialist with Croatian (all genders)

As the Shop Operations Specialist for the Croatian market, you will be the driving force behind keeping our online shop fresh, engaging, and perfectly tailored to our customers. You’ll shape the look and feel of the shop, ensuring every campaign is spot‑on and every detail is accurate, while translating and adapting content for local audiences.
Responsibilities
* Execute onsite and app campaigns by uploading banners, updating visuals, and publishing content across the Croatian shop
* Maintain and optimise shop content using our internal Content Management System
* Ensure all campaign elements go live correctly, look sharp, and align with our quality standards
* Translate and adapt promotional texts, product descriptions, and campaign content into Croatian
* Identify and fix inconsistencies, missing information, or content issues proactively
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure Croatian content meets customer expectations
Qualifications
* Fluent in Croatian (C2) and communicative in English
* Strong eye for detail and passion for quality
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
* Mindset focused on execution, improvement, and creating a great user experience
* Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) is a plus
* Experience with JIRA is a plus
The gross annual salary for this position (38.5 hours/week) is a minimum of 35 000 EUR. Depending on qualification and experience, we are willing to offer above‑market pay.
