As a Back Office & Reservation Agent, you ensure that enquiries are handled professionally, reservations are accurately maintained, and information flows smoothly between departments. Your structured and service-oriented work is key to our daily operations.
What you bring with you
* Experience in back office, reservations, or reception-related roles within hospitality or tourism.
* A structured and detail-oriented way of working, even with a high volume of enquiries.
* Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A strong service mindset and reliability when handling sensitive information.
* Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel software (e.g. Elite).
* Very good German skills and good English skills for international communication.
* Discretion and a high sense of responsibility.

Your tasks
* Handle reservation requests via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely communication.
* Maintain and manage bookings in the system, keeping all data accurate and up to date.
* Respond to internal and external enquiries, supporting guests, colleagues, and departments.
* Coordinate closely with Front Office, Service, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Support administrative reception tasks, contributing to an organised back-office workflow.
