YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define, document, and continuously improve business processes and Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture, ensuring standardization and compliance across all process guidelines
2. Take ownership of assigned data objects—including structure, creation, modification, and deletion—and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
3. Evaluate, prioritize, and document Requests for Change (RFC), manage release activities, and support process testing, training, and roll‑outs
4. Monitor and report process and data KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for efficiency and harmonization
5. Support Process Owners and Managers, coordinate data experts, and lead data cleansing or improvement projects while fostering knowledge transfer across teams
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Completed technical or commercial education as well as relevant professional experience in a similar position
7. Very good understanding of sales processes as well as a high level of customer orientation
8. Experience in creation of enterprise architecture, knowledge of process documentation or the technical mapping of processes to software solutions (i.e. SAP S/4HANA, R3, ECC) is an advantage
9. Business Process and project management experience according to global Business process management and project management standards (BPMN2.0, PMI)
10. Fluent English both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,.02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
